TNL holding 12.50% - Sunrise Garment Co., Ltd. TNL holding 5.00% - Mangorn.1 2 Co., Ltd. None - S D K C Co., Ltd. None All companies have fully merged in November 2014. After the merger, Erawan Textile Co., Ltd. has fully paid up capital of Baht 621,463,400.
