(Translation) May 11, 2006 Subject : Company performance for the first quarter in year 2006 Attention : Director and Manager of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Thanulux Public Company Limited would like to inform the performance of the company as stated in the first quarter, Income Statement of 2006. The significant changes of more than 20 percent from the previous year is the first quarter net profit of Baht 92.88 million from that of Baht 58.75 million in 2005, increasing of Baht 34.13 million or 58.09 percent due to : 1. The turnover of the company and its subsidiary of Baht 580.59 million increases by Baht 55.97 million or 10.66 percent increase both in amount and price term, from the previous year result mainly from an extension to reach more target customers. Efficient sales management in providing value added products to fulfill the ever changing lifestyle. 2. An incremental ease in cost to sales by 3 percent from 73.61 percent in 2005 to 70.61 percent in 2006 result from the effective cost management program. 3.
