(Translation) November 14, 2000 Subject : Company's performance for the third quarter in 2000 Attention : Director and Manager of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Thanulux Public Company Limited would like to inform the performance as shown in the financial statement for the third quarter in 2000. The company's net profit, the same period of time, was different more than 20% from last year. Net profit in 2000 was Baht 61.56 million, net profit in 1999 was Baht 10.95 million. It increased Baht 50.61 million from last year or was equal 462.13%. The accumulated 9 months profit in 2000 was Baht 175.54 million as for Baht 76.84 million in 1999, it increased Baht 98.70 million or equal 128.45% which was the result of company's marketing strategy and the increased other income (consulting fee and dividends).
