The Company's Recent Problem Solving Operation 1.1 The company has already completed a report on its computer systems currently in use, both hardware and software. 1.2 The company has already completed tests on all computer equipment. In addition, the company has contacted the manufacturers and suppliers to issue certificates 1.3 With regard to the Embedded System equipment, the company has already and obtained certificate, the present requirement is only for testing. 1.4 The company has already completed tests acquired the Service Pack & Fixed Program to solve software problems. 1.5 The inventory system has completed test of passing the year 2000 1.6 The accounting system has completely tested to pass the year 2000 1.7 The company has already revised the operating systems which we have developed. 2. The Analysis and Explanation of the Administrator The process of soulving the year 2000, the company has completely executed the plan and tested the system in September 1999. We hereby certify that we have checked the statements and information included in this report and guarantee that all the statements and information are accurate and complete, not misleading, and no important information, which may cause damage to the shareholders or buyers, is missing.
