Thanulux Plc. (TNL) announced an additional director, Mr. Sophon Narongkanakul, increasing the company's board of directors for the year 1997 to 13 persons. TNL previously notified a resolution its shareholders made for the 5th agenda issue of the ordinary meeting no. 23 that the company's board of directors has been increased to 13 persons.
