SECURED LENDING BUSINESS
Secured Lending Business through Oxygen Asset Co., Ltd (Oxygen) held 90% of total shares by the Company – Oxygen is a secured lending business specialising in the real estate industry. Oxygen aims to capture high-net-worth and corporate clientele by issuing loans of more than THB 10 million.

ASSET MANAGEMENT BUSINESS
Asset Management Business through Oxygen Asset Management Co., Ltd (OAM), who has the license granted from Bank of Thailand under Energency Decree on Asset Management Company B.E. 2541, held 100% of total shares by the Company – OAM is a professional asset management company, managing distressed assets, including secured non-performing loans (NPLs) and non-performing assets (NPAs), from financial institutions through negotiation, debt restructuring and litigation process.

Restructuring & Financial Advisory Business
Oxygen Advisory Co., Ltd. (OA) is a trusted partner in financial restructuring and advisory services. We provide expert guidance on capital structure optimisation, debt restructuring, and turnaround strategies, with a focus on financially distressed companies. Additionally, we identify opportunistic investments and conduct in-depth analyses to validate and unlock high-potential opportunities.

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT BUSINESS
Real Estate Development Business through TNL Alliance Co., Ltd (TNLA) held 100% of total shares by the Company – a residential real estate development-for-sale business by investments through joint ventures with Noble Development Public Company Limited (NOBLE). There are currently 7 projects under development consisted of Nue Noble Ratchada-Ladprao, Noble Curve, Noble Curate, Noble Create, Nue Core Kukot Station, Nue Hype Suksawat and Nue Riverest Ratburana
