(Translation) February 19, 2010 Subject : Company performance for the year 2009 Attention : Director and Manager of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Thanulux Public Company Limited would like to inform the performance of the company as stated in the Statements of Income for the year as of December 31, 2009 as below: - Baht 1,832.57 million sales revenue of the company and its subsidiaries of the whole year period 2009 decreased from last year by Baht 222.89 million or (10.84%), net profit of Baht 153.64 million decreased from last year by Baht 55.20 million or (26.43%).
