(Translation) November 13, 2009 Subject : Company performance for the third quarter 2009 Attention : Director and Manager of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Thanulux Public Company Limited would like to inform the performance of the company as stated in the third quarter and the nine months as of September 30, 2009 as below: - Baht 428.79 million sales revenue of the company and its subsidiaries of the third quarter 2009 decreased from the same quarter last year by Baht 48.86 million or (10.23%), net profit of Baht 23.64 million decreased from the same quarter last year by Baht 9.66 million or (29.02%). - Baht 1,312.48 million sales revenue of the company and its subsidiaries of the nine months 2009 decreased from the same period last year by Baht 189.74 million or (12.63%), net profit of Baht 117.54 million decreased from the same period last year by Baht 53.55 million or (31.30%) because of : Sales revenue decreased which have been the significantly affected by the economic slowdown conditions.
