(Translation) August 11, 2008 Subject : Company performance for the second quarter 2008 Attention : Director and Manager of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Thanulux Public Company Limited would like to inform the performance of the company as stated in the second quarter and the first six months as of June 30, 2008 as below: - The Baht 521.19 million sale revenue of the company and its subsidiary of the second quarter 2008 increased from the same period last year by Baht 52.99 million or 11.32%, net profit of Baht 55.44 million increased from the same period last year by Baht 19.51 million or 54.30%. - The Baht 1,024.57 million sale revenue of the company and its subsidiary of the first six months 2008 increased from the same period last year by Baht 43.33 million or 4.42%, net profit of Baht 137.79 million increased from the same period last year by Baht 27.64 million or 25.09%. Due to the increased sale proportion of the high value added products and the decreased percentage of cost of goods sold to sales resulting in the higher profit.
