Hor. 020/2003 May 2, 2003 Subject : Inform of the change of the value of the company share from par value Baht ten to Baht one Attention : Director and Manager of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Thanulux Public Company Limited would like to announce the resolutions of the ordinary meeting of the shareholders No. 29 on April 21, 2003 which mentioned the change of the value of the company share from par value Baht ten to Baht one. In additional amendment was made to Clause 4 of the Company's Memorandum of Association. The Company hereby gives notification that the legal registration process for the above change were completed with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce on May 2, 2003.
