As the resolution of the 27th Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting on Monday, April 23,
2001 the subject was the company s restructuring the organization. "Thanulux Kabinburi
Co., Ltd. our subsidiary company , that we held the share 99.99%, has merged since July 1,
2001.
All the processes of merging had been finished by transferring all assets and liabilities
of Thanulux Kabinburi Co., Ltd. to our company.
