(Translation) February 26, 2001 Subject : Company's performance for the year 2000 Attention : Director and Manager of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Thanulux Public Company Limited would like to inform the performance as shown in the annual financial statement of 2000. The company's net profit, the same period of time, was different more than 20% from last year. Net profit in 2000 was Baht 240.76 million, net profit in 1999 was Baht 110.72 million. It increased Baht 130.04 million from last year or was equal 117.45% which was the result of company's marketing strategy and the increased other income (consulting fee and dividends).
