The investment details are as follows: Company: Kunming Shenjian Fashion Dress Co., Ltd. Location: 36/2 Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone (Hai Tian Industry Field) Kunming, China. Nature of Business: Ready-made garments and leatherwear production Registered Capital: US$500,000 (equivalent to about Bt12.5 million) Shareholding Structure: 1. Tanulux Plc. 90% 2. Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Plc. 10% Total 100% Objective: To produce and distribute ready-made garments and leather products in China and other foreign countries.
