Thanulux Plc (TNL) reported the resolutions made at its twentieth board meeting no.10 on November 28, 1994 to sell 50,000 shares of SR.W. Garment Co Ltd to Thai Wacoal Plc. SR.W.Garment Co produces ready-made clothes for export. The company will receive the payment from 50,000 shares at Bt141 apiece worth Bt7.05 million from Thai Wacoal Plc in one payment once the shares have been transferred.
